Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I am a current customer and wish to receive the newest version of the software (e.g. I purchased UI Framework 2009.3 and would like to upgrade to UI Framework 2010.1). What upgrade options do I have?
UI Framework 2010.1 is a major update to the Web.UI suite, and therefore there is a cost to upgrade from previous versions. We offer a variety of upgrade path options to customers at all levels and versions who wish to upgrade to their Web.UI suite to the latest version. For upgrade pricing please see our License Upgrade page.
Q: What are the differences between the Free Trial and Full Production versions of your products?
The Free Trial license allows developers to evaluate the product on their workstations for up to 30 days. The product can be activated at any time by entering a valid license key into the included License Manager application. There is no need to download a separate version or reinstall the product – all eligible components will be fully activated after the license key is entered.
