Multiple background color for XYChart (with Line Series)

Hi,

I want to assign multiple color background for XYChart based on Y axis value ranges. like 0 to 10 is Red , 11 to 50 is Yellow and 50 to 100 is Green. on top of this line series should be shown.

Please find  attached sample of my requirements.
